Refund Policy
• The subscription request can be canceled in these cases:
o Both the subscriber and the service provider agreed to the cancellation.
o The service provider requested a cancellation because he or she cannot provide the service.
o The subscriber requested cancellation due to his dissatisfaction with the service provided (after our technical support team studied his situation and approved it). In this case, the expenses of the services received by the subscriber will be deducted, and the subscriber will bear the commission expenses imposed by the method used for payment.
· Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method.
· No refunds will be given if the service is complete.
· The full amount will be refunded only if no services are obtained. If a refund is requested after obtaining services, it will be estimated by the service provider and deducted from the amount in addition to taxes and expenses, before the amount is returned to the applicant.
· The subscriber can cancel the subscription within 7 days of payment, by submitting a cancellation request via email (info@iculture-eg.org). This method is the only way to request cancellation within 7 days of payment, and after this period it is not possible to cancel Subscription.
· Refunds can take up to two months from the refund request.
