We welcome you to the iCCI platform, the largest gathering of talent in the Arab world, and we are pleased to present to you the site’s privacy policy, through which we determine the ways we deal with your personal information. Subscribing to the iCCI platform constitutes acceptance of this policy and the changes that may occur in it.
Through this page, we try to answer various questions asked by Internet users based on the platform’s own rules.
What is the privacy policy?
The privacy policy, along with the terms and conditions, is considered a bilateral contract between the iCCI platform and its subscribers, through which we explain what personal information is collected from them, and explains how it is used and verified.
What personal information does the iCCI platform collect?
The iCCI platform collects several subscriber-specific information through two different methods:
The first method: by collecting the subscriber’s information during and after registering on the site, including the user name, real binary name, email address, subscriber’s gender and country, samples of his artistic works, and his social media links.
The second method: through the automatic collection of some electronic information that includes the type of device used (computer, smartphone, electronic tablet...) and the nature of the system (Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, IOS, type of browser, in addition to the private IP address). By subscriber, this is done through small files called cookies.
How does iCCI use my personal information?
The iCCI platform is commercial and includes financial transactions that require real information to ensure the right of service providers and those wishing to benefit from it. We store this information on our servers in order to use it to identify subscribers, communicate with them, and inform them of their alerts.
The iCCI platform may use some of the personal information provided by the subscriber in some commercial and marketing operations in a way that does not harm him or expose him to defamation.

How does the platform handle samples of artwork?
Samples of artistic works added by the service provider are the only way for the public and project owners to learn about the capabilities and talents of subscribers on the iCCI platform. Therefore, they remain visible to the public on the talent page, and all visitors to the platform can view them and the details contained therein. The subscriber bears responsibility for the information he provides, and does not In all cases, it must include personal information that may be used to harm the person and his privacy.
The site or platform and those responsible for it also disclaim responsibility for not encrypting any personal information that the subscriber provided of his own free will, or any artistic works not protected by distorted backgrounds or badges that the subscriber provided on the platform or on his social networking sites that were attached to his account on the iCCI platform.
From time to time, some artwork is selected for use in advertisements on the platform or social media networks, and this is carried out by third parties, such as advertising networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, whether on the Platform or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an attempt to deliver tailored advertisements to publicize the work and activities of the Platform and also the artwork of subscribers on the iCCI Platform. Please remember that we do not have access to or control the information these third parties may collect. Therefore, the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
Does the iCCI platform or iCulture website retain my private data?
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third party.
The website or platform does not retain any data related to payment transactions that may harm the user, and in return, it has the authority to retain the data of the transfers that have been made for the possibility of reviewing it in the future.
What is iCCI's policy regarding intellectual property?
The platform is committed to the system and provisions of intellectual property rights. On the other hand, it is not responsible for any intellectual content included on the platform. It is also committed to removing any content proven to be owned by another party.
Is the iCCI Privacy Policy permanent?
The iCCI platform is committed to the law and follows the general principles and conditions that govern commercial companies. In return, it reserves the right to change or update the platform’s policies from time to time to meet the requirements and standards and thus amend the terms of the privacy policy in proportion to the updates it makes. It is also committed to informing subscribers of these updates (via Alerts from within the site or messages to their email), therefore customers are encouraged to visit these sections frequently in order to be updated about changes to the platform.
